Age: 3 (2023) – Gelding
Height: Standing at 15 HH – expected mature height 15.1 HH

🔥 Big, talented prospect with the kind of speed, stop, and cow sense you want in a rope horse or Cow horse.

“Smurf” is a 2023 roan gelding with a ton of potential. He’s by RED DIRT ROADIE, an NCHA and NRCHA money earner, and out of a proven producing mare owned by Dale Clearwater.

Smurf is 15 HH now and expected to mature around 15.1 HH. He’s a big, leggy colt that can really run and stop, has been out of the herd and down the fence, and shows lots of cow sense.

He’s been given a good start without being overdone. We have 3 three-year-olds this year and simply can’t afford to send them all down the road, so here’s an opportunity to buy a young prospect with the size, breeding, and ability to go on with. He is feely on the ground but is good to be around and has never offered to buck even with time off
