GROUP RULES

1- Bidding

Bids must be in $100 increments. Only bids on the original Facebook post will be accepted (bids on shared posts will not be accepted). Serious bids only. Bidders who back out or remove bids will be removed from group. All bidders/buyers participating in this group acknowledge they have read and understand these rules and agree to comply with all terms and conditions herein, understanding that in consideration of being allowed to participate in the group these rules are binding and contractual.

2- Bidding Acceptance

Bidders must have a current and active Facebook account to bid, unless you are approved by Bad Ass Horse Sales manager to bid over text or phone. Bidding ends at 8 PM Mountain Time in Alberta, or until no bids have been received for 5 minutes AFTER 8 PM Mountain Time in Alberta.

3- Sale Times

All sales will start on the date posted in the advertisement and close the date posted in advertisement at 8 PM Mountain Time in Alberta or until no bids are received for 5 minutes AFTER 8 PM Mountain Time in Alberta.

4-Payment

The successful bidder/buyer of a horse MUST make payment (including GST if applicable) to the Seller of the sold horse, within 40 hours from the end of the sale (so 12:00 PM Mountain Time in Alberta on the second day after the sale end date). Payments MUST be in correct currency as advertised.

5-Delivery of sold horse

Buyer and Seller make all arrangements to exchange the delivery of the sold horse. Bad Ass Horse Sales has a great relationship with a few horse transportation companies that can be referred, on request, for the buyer and/or Seller to contact.

6- No liabilty to Bad Ass Horse Sales

Bad Ass Horse Sales acts strictly as an advertising page and bears zero liability for any and all matters in accordance with the terms of the rules of this group and the contract with the Seller. All guarantees, representations and warranties about the horse, if any, are strictly between buyer and Seller. All horses are assumed by Bad Ass Horse Sales to be properly represented by the Seller, however buyers are responsible to do their own pre-purchase due diligence. All sales are FINAL.

7- More Information

For more info on the horse being sold please contact the Seller on the bottom of the Ad. Anyone misrepresenting horses or improperly buying will instantly be banned from Bad Ass Horse Sales. Bad Ass Horse Sales has the right to refuse anyone or remove anyone at anytime for NO reason, at its own sole unfettered discretion.

8- Advertising horses

To advertise horses you must private message Bad Ass Horse Sales representative Steele DePaoli. Bad Ass Horse Sales has the right to refuse advertisement of any horse.

9- If Payment not received by deadline in clause 4

If payment not received from the successful bidder by the deadline stipulated above, the next highest bidder will have the opportunity for purchase ONLY if the reserve is met.

10- Misrepresenting or false buying

Misrepresenting a horse, or false buying/bidding, will result in an instant ban from Bad Ass Horse Sales group or anything affiliated with this group.
